Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This notice applies to anyone visiting estratomarketing.agency and to anyone completing the free audit form on this site. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, write to us and we'll explain it.
What information we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you share with us directly, and what's generated automatically by using the site.
- Information you provide when completing the free audit form: name, WhatsApp number, business name, industry and city, and your answers about which services interest you.
- Site usage data, collected automatically via Google Analytics (GA4) and cookies: pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location.
What we use your information for
- Contacting you by WhatsApp or email to coordinate and deliver your free diagnosis.
- Preparing a proposal relevant to your business, based on what you shared with us.
- Understanding how the site is used, so we can fix what doesn't work and improve the experience.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how the site is browsed — which pages get visited, from what device, and for how long. GA4 uses cookies for this. You can disable cookies from your browser settings at any time — the site still works without them, though we lose visibility into your visit.
Who we share your information with
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes unrelated to Estrato. The only third parties involved are the technical providers that make the site and contact possible — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel) and WhatsApp as a messaging channel — who process data only as part of providing that service to us, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep your information
We keep your contact data for as long as there's an active or potential business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Site analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.
Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and objection)
Under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the use of your personal data — commonly known as ARCO rights. To exercise them, or if you have any question about how your information is used, reach out through the contact methods on this site.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information while it's under our control. No system is 100% foolproof, but we don't share access credentials or store your information outside the services named in this notice.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if how we collect or use your information changes. The last-updated date always appears at the top of this page.
